The program is only as good as the I/O list

Most commissioning delays on control projects have nothing to do with the code. They come from signals that were never listed, tags that do not match the drawings and field devices wired differently from what the panel expects. We lock down the I/O list and control philosophy before programming starts, and we loop check every point on site, so the system that goes live is the one that was agreed on paper.
