Battery and DC supply testing
Substation protection and control depends on the DC supply, which means the battery bank is a single point of failure that rarely gets looked at until it matters. Charge and discharge cycle testing establishes how much capacity a battery bank actually has left, by evaluating it through repeated charge and discharge cycles until performance drops off.
